Crina Ciocian began her entrepreneurial journey 15 years ago, specializing in organizing B2B events across various industries. Through the projects she developed from scratch, she quickly acquired essential entrepreneurial skills and managed to connect with leaders in fields such as e-commerce, business, human resources, tourism, architecture, and construction.

In 2015, Crina co-founded Meron, the largest chain of specialty coffee shops in Romania. As a managing partner at Meron, Crina is actively involved in making strategic decisions related to the brand’s image, positioning, and development.

In addition to Meron, Crina coordinates the project The Woman, which includes the eponymous magazine, the annual conference—the largest event in Romania dedicated to female leadership—and a series of related events. Through The Woman, Crina promotes women who, through their work and involvement, contribute to a healthy business environment and the improvement of civil society. The project provides inspiration and motivation for women starting their journey or interested in personal and professional development.

In 2023, Crina opened Meron Gallery, an art gallery in the center of Cluj-Napoca, where she serves as curator. The gallery aims to become a reference point for talented artists from both Romania and abroad, attracting art lovers and collectors. The goal is for the gallery to have a significant impact on the local cultural landscape and create a deeper connection with art within the community.
